Does SPR on weapon add Crit%?

I just want to ask a simple question.

Does SPR on the weapon or amor add Crit%?

I heard 2 versions:

1. spr just add mdef and sp
2. spr on the weapon add crit%, spr on the amor doesn't

I don't know which one is correct...

The first one, just M.Def and SP. It does NOT add crit regardless of what it is on, just the free stat.

Only Spr that you add with stat points increase crit.

I was interested in this too......i asked many GMs and my friends also asked them: SPR on all items(weapons, armors, rings) add crit rate but less than they add on free stats. Ican say this from my oun experiences since i used end/spr equips and i was critting like hell....but u need ALOT of spr to make a difference...like 30+ on each

i dont think spr on weapons makes a diff, you cant judge whether it works simply by experimentation, personally i can take that idea apart from my own experience:
at one time i had: a crit suit, 25 points in spr, various gear with spr on it, my crits amounted to 1 per minute
the another time: about 7 points in spr, various gear that lacked spr and no suit, i was criting once every 3rd hit
its randomised, you cant determine it by experimentation

Lol doubt that. I'm End/Spr paladin with End/Spr gears. From my gears, I can say my Spr+164 (approximately) and nope, I don't crit like crazy. Note that I'm using blue hammer with complete Ancient Stonie lic and seriously, I feel nothing:o Well I crit more than usual, but not crazy, again.

I'm critting like crazy only if I'm with crit suit.
