it won't work

I have downloaded and installed the game and DirectX 9.0
I click on the icon to start the game and put in my user name and password
I then click play buy nothing happens
the loading screen just goes

please can someone help !!!!!

Does your comp meet minimum requirements?

Do you have the latest Video card drivers?

Are you using a firewall? they block it from launching.
