Help me buy things

I will go to buy something from say The blacksmith karl (example) and I will click on purchase, but then nothing happens. It will disappear. and Then I gotta restart the game and my computer in order to buy a freaking HP stone, or a weapon. or anything for that matter. What is the deal with that?


Also, I have accidently opened one to many things.. The little box for easier access to the things in your inventory... and I've tried everything to get rid of the extra one.. Any advice on how to fix this problem?

For the blacksmith karl problem, when you purchase, do you right click? because that is the way to purchase stuff.. and im not sure what youre trying to say for the inventory part ><
