Hi,
I played SoS a while ago (5-7 months), and can't seem to log back into my account through the game launcher. Last time I played, I remember guilds had recently been introduced into the game, so it might have been a while ago. The system seems to remember my login info, and acct properly until the game begins to load. When I am waiting for the game's main menu screen to appear so I can proceed to the Character Select screen, the game seems to time out, and closes, putting me back at the launcher login. It has been like this for days. It used to act like this when there was server maintenence etc...but it's starting to feel like I've lost my 5 characters. :(
I tried going to my account info page, and clicking the option to display my character info, but none came up after I reloaded the profile.
Should I just reinstall the game? The launcher states v1.5.100. Any help would be nice, I worked hard for my Lvl 69, 47, and ~30s chars.
