The Formulation to get an Archer is as follows


Luck + Skill - power + Range + More Luck = archer

if your like this :confused: be an warrior

Luck? I think you're thinking mage when you say luck. Mages -need- luck when that monster runs at you. Archer is less luck, more skill and intelligence.

Here, I'll fix it for you.

Intelligence + Skill + Range + Power - Defence = Archer vs. Fighter (fighters = more def)
Intelligence + Skill + Range - Power + Defence = Archer vs. Mage (Mages are more powerful, but softer than an archer, unless they go full end, then it's - pow + def)
Intelligence + Skill + Range - Defence - HP + Power = Archer vs. Cleric (they can heal until your thumb falls off from clicking, and can take a bit more of a beating than us, but we hit harder)

So in short archer's benefits are:

Intelligence: It takes a smart player to make a good archer.
Skill: Without it, you're gonna pull agro (you're a dps class) and that mob is gonna -eat- you in a KQ.
Power: We don't hit as hard as a mage, but we're a DPS (damage per second) class -just- like them.
Durability: We can last longer than mages at least, and kill stuff before it even gets close.
Crit Rate and Eva Rate: With our high dex, and bow use, we have the highest dodge rating and crit rating in the game.

thats my point the dodge / crit % that helps us alot and % is luck i've gotten 3 crits in a row i've also dodged for 15times str8 (evasion scroll low lvl)

But it's wrong.

Archer kiting is just hideously difficult rather than based on luck. If your enemy isn't poisoned and bleeding then they're just gonna heal real fast whilst you're getting distance.
