Fine mister lazy i'll explain it to you....

Lithium sodium calcium potassium rubidium cesium and francium are all alkaline metals when they mix with water they violently react.
Lithum sucks and just fizz's sodium makes fireworks :D Potassium is a bigger firework, Rubidium is a grenade, Cesium is a death charge, and francium is so destructive no on is brave enough to add water to it O_O.
SO you would not be able to throw it out of your mouth it would explode on contact :D and you would be destroyed
