Can't use items for my class

I am a level 21 clever fighter but, i am not being allowed to us clever fighter items.I bought a vit scroll1 but when i try to use it it says i don't met the class requirement. I have logged out and back in the game but still no change. Please help me i won't be able to continue the game and, I don't want to have to start the game over I put alot into this please help me and thank you.

Are you sure you're a clever fighter..? You need to go do your job change at level 20.

Yeah. When you hit level 20, you get the Clever Fighter title. when you complete the quest, you become a Clever Fighter.

You haven't taken on the shadow quest yet and defeated "yourself". You wont be able to do anything until you do this quest and complete it. It's manditory.

It is not a bug. You simply haven't done all the requirements for 20+ level stuff yet.
