Wanna report for harrasement

Hi, I just went to abyss for some leveling, and then 3 ppl 3x starts attacking me for no reason, i told them to stop but they continued. i ran, they continued, told them to get off me, they continued, they killed me, then they did the same. bouth time i had buffs and T2 scrolls... please i got there names i really wanna report them! need to be guided on how to report someone.. please, thx in advantage

Sorry, this isn't considered harassment. Abyss is PvP, so pretty much anything goes in it.

This isn't necessarily true. If they are using any harassing language, or refusing to allow the person to leave the area (this occurs more in FBZ) then it is considered harassment.

If you do choose to report someone in the future, make sure you take ss of the situation while its occuring. Send the unedited ss and an acurate descritiption of what happened to support@outspark.com

Don't listen hun, I personally believe this constitutes harassment especially if you continually asked them to stop and they refuse. Take screenies next time and sen to Fiesta_Help or GM. Certainly can't hurt. Sorry my opinion is this behavior is harassment and I do not care who disagrees with me. Outspark needs to post guidelines like they did for GW especially since everyone has become so blood thirsty in abyss, killing people randomly (no mutual battles) and exp lost in abyss. I think is HUGE problem and is making Fiesta community a terrible place at the moment.

BTW- Check out ToS 1) Rules and conduct e and w.....then you can come to your own conclusion. Just trying to help and good luck!

I agree with your statement, I just wanted to point out that Fiesta_Help was shut down several weeks ago. All reports go through support@outspark.com now...or by submitting a ticket via www.support.outspark.com

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying what's done in the abyss is right. In fact, I consider a lot of the PKing going on in it harassment. However, OutSpark does not share my same view in this.

I just posted pretty much what is applied to right now with abyss, though, Celtic is right, I did forget about the part that it is not allowed to prevent a player from leaving the abyss. However, the part about the offensive language not being allowed is universal throughout all of Fiesta, not just the abyss.

I am wondering if this case is considered harrassment. A player goes to a lv 70 abyss at level 60. When the player gets in there, he/she is killed multiple time( by a level 70+ character), regardless of asking the other person to stop. When asked y the person is being targeted, the opponent says its to get the noobs out. Is This considered harrassment? I understand that going to the abyss is dangerous in itself. but to tell someone to leave or they will be killed multiple times just because of level? And then have their friends wait on you to enter when they leave. I believe this is harrassment. please let me know your opinion, and what you would do if it were you.

Fact is, the abyss has no rules (as fas as pking goes). SKiNG stated that in another thread. What is or isnt harrasment is to Outspark's better judgement.

However I wouldnt bother reporting people who killed you in a PVP area even if you asked them not to. Its a PVP area. They may kill you. Several times. Just for laughs.
Now if they spawn kill you a lot of times and you have screen shot proof, then you might stand a chance.

What bothers me most about the abyess is the continued Spawn killing... When 5 members of a party/guild stand at the gate and kill everything that spawns.. whether someone is coming into the abyess or reviving after being killed... the last time it happened to me I was kill 8 times before some members from my guild showed up to help me get out.. I have not been back... Because these people have the power to do it and no one can stop them.. they do it.. there needs to be some strict rules about killing at the gate/spawning area and/or a buffer Zone around the gate/spawn area.. This game is meant to be fun.. when you have 5 players standing over you telling you how they own you and how your going to keep dying... Your helpless to stop them there is NO fun in that..

Thats is open for debate i guess. If you enter a pvp area, asking people not to attack you because your not there to pvp...it just seems like an invalid argument. What i AM against is:
1. People teaming up to kill some random person. (have the guts to face someone 1 vs 1)
2. Killing people over and over again. (if your stronger/more skilled you have proven that by defeating someone ones. Really no point in harrasing people)
3. Camping at the spawn point attacking everyone is sight. (At least give people a moment to enter the area properly)

I am not a pker and i at times have to run all over the place to avoid the people who try to kill me but...thats the abyss im affraid.

thanks in advantage? typos here.i also got that case too.i when to the lvl20 abyss when i went for training with my best friend(lvl20 too)and a lvl 31(most probably,or lesser her life with buff is 1.5k+)killed us so many times,for nothing,in fact.we both died and lost about 265exp for me and my friend about 800+.we told her to stop multiple times but she just ignored and bring her team to attack both of us.My friend had no choice but to protect me,he use his lvl 31 cleric.but as her team was all about her lvl,my friend lost his life,also,loads of exp.we are angry for not able to train on abyss phinos.so we went out.for some reasons or two,we met a gm.(forgot which one but name started with "b" and is a woman which is wearing a tiger costume(the tiger critical one))she said that she cant help as there was the PvP place.this is really bad.Can outspark please help?(GM just either say they cant help or go to the forum....)

Maybe they could implement something that you cant be killed twice in a row by the same person/party. So they cant kill you again until you get killed by someone else. Off course you could still go around this rule, but it will make spawn killing more difficult.

Then again....if you just want to pvp someone over and over again you would have a problem...hmm need to fix that one.

I just posted something similar to this but I went to lvl 50 abyss (i was lvl 53) and there was a bunch of like 70+ in there killing everyone coming in and out the gate, including me... Spawn killing me, to killing me when i tried to run past them, to me getting some guildys to come and help me actually get out. Luckily i dont lag to bad so i was actually able to get out by clicking 'go to forest perimeter' whatever otherwise i probably wouldnt have been able to. If someone doesnt think this is ridiculous and isnt harrasment tell me...

Oh give me a break, people were just as ruthless in abysses back then as they are now, except for the fact that the level limit sucks and now you lose EXP when a player kills you.

What kills me is that they made it so getting killed by another player now costs EXP. I've had friends go from 9x% aaaaaaaaaaaaall the way down to 0% just because people have egos and this isn't considered harassment at all. That bothers me. Who cares if it's PVP. We have battlezones for PVP. I'd rather get smacked around 1000 times in battlezones than 100 times in Abyss and lose everything I've earned. EXP is already a pain to earn outside of quests.

Earlier, I walked in with a party that a friend invited me to and the INSTANT I appeared from the gate, I get cut down faster than a fighter becoming Helga's playtoy.

Face it, now that you can lose EXP by getting killed by other players, there's been an increase in swelling egos and just plain ol' bullying and even though it's practically advocated (don't bother denying it, Outspark, you're advocating harrassment and bullying), why would you want to hinder a player from utilizing one of the available resources in which to advance? People are always calling lower levels noobs and losers (even though we ALL were in that position at some points), but what are they doing in order to help these "noobs" or "losers" become better like them? If anything, by taking advantage of the changes in these rules, people are doing nothing but keeping others from getting any better. When you add it up, no matter how you slice the dice, it's harrassment period.

I postd in another thread about a challenge system, so as to stop teaming and unfair matches. you send a challene to someone you wanna 1 v 1 or party v party. If you accept, then fight away, if you decline/surrender, they cant touch you. I know a lvl 36 fighter in Teva who kills everyone who goes into abyss, or has a team goin, and that personally pisses me off! He shouldn't be able to act like an *** (excuse my language, but there was no better word without throwing in an f-bomb or two). The abyss is meant for leveling/grinding, so why make if difficult for 99% of the population? Reply if you agree for a challenge system, maybe Outspark will notice!

Correction before you go too far.. abyss is for PVP as well, if you dont like being killed i surgest you grind somwhere safe
