question about archer spr

i read the guide about the archer build, read alot people say stop adding spr when +25. can someone explain to me why?

Because after that it only gives 0.1 to crit. And thats not alot.

This may sound stupid to ask but, would it be wise to only add spr until you get +25, i.e. I would be a lvl 25 archer and only have 25+ to Spr? or should i break it up?
Because thats what im doing right now, i just started a new archer last night and have +13spr at lvl 13

At level 20, after you complete your Hawkarcher quest, you will get 5 extra stat points. (aka: +25 spr at lvl 20)

Aren't many archers adding more SPR after +25 for the lower crit rate increase AND added SP for obvious reasons?
