View Full Version : seeing everyone characters, npcs and monsters blue

can anyone help me on why i see everyone blue? (i can still play the game but everyone character,npcs, etc. skin are blue)

im having that same problem, and i posted a thread a while ago and still no replies.

I have the exact same problem. I reckon its a problem with either the DirectX rendering, or the texture files. Probably got corrupt during download, or installation. I right now I am testing the basic ones, Textures, corruption in the download file. If I figure it out, I'll post it. In the mean time, can we have a decent professional help out in this case? I will post a screen shot of exactly what it looks like.

Honestly that post made zero sense. Only thing that made sense is you getting hacked. Which has nothing to do with any of this.

Still trying to understand who you beat and at what you beat.
No positive outcome in your post, just leads to utter useless spam.

Do you have a fix? Do you know what is the cause of it?

Make sure you have the most recent version of DirectX (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/results.aspx?pocId=&freetext=DirectX&DisplayLang=en) and your video card driver. If you don't, update them. If that doesn't fix the problem, try downloading and applying the latest manual patch (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=124286).

If your problems persist after that, contact a CSR (http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/ask) and explain the situation to them.
