Currently Making Cleric

Ok i've read around the forums and have found some useful things
i've been trying to decide on these four builds atm..
1:1 End/Spr
2:1 End/Dex
1 End
2:1 End/Str


I've seen lots of builds with End/Str and End/Spr or Pure End...
and they all have good pros and cons to them as well..
so i thought of a build that hasn't been built before..
a End/Dex Build...
Why i might make this build?

Well Dex gives Evasion/Aim...

so i was thinking..
Lots of hp...good block percentage...and Evasion...
wouldn't that just make a good combination?
I'm still deciding on these four builds atm..
so please give me ur opinions and Pros/Cons
about these builds...

the problem with dex is that you dont get much dex when you level, so your evasion will never be as high as an archer, and when you move to a higher level it will be useless, at least end gives you a higher block, def, and hp.
dex *might* increase attack speed, it seems to for archers, but no one knows for sure. if nothing else, try that build to lv 10-15 and see how it pans out, if you dont like it re-roll the char. but let me know how it turns out, im curious to know if adding dex does increase attack speed...

like ive said before, im a 2:1 end:spr with the additional 5pts from the lv20 name quest in str...though once i reach +20 end ill start adding to str, and prob only add pts to spr to 25...

no worries man, i know how that goes, im in college full time for architecture, my days are pretty buisy. i can sometimes manage to play for an our or two a day, but my weekends are my real play time :)

i might mess around with different builds with my mat gatherer chars after i get my cleric up to 30 and my mage to 20...but right now im trying to concentrate on those two chars since they were my CB chars :)

Right now..
i'm planning to re-roll my Archer..
and do my cleric....
i'll plan to work on my fighter later on though...
i'll see how the 2:1 End/Dex build goes

I've been told you can't dodge much vs higher level monsters (as in your later lvls). Sure you can hit more accurate, or you can use your aim scrolls that can be made by yourself.

If you want to try out stat change without having to reroll, there is a way. If you interested continue reading... if you not ... not point reading on.

Here is what I suggest, go Pure End till level 22... End is a good thing it wont hurt. Further more 1-22 you do quite good damage with just normal weapon swing. Level 22 also not that hard to get to (if you not newbie that is ^.^).

At level 22, there is +7 Str right +6 Dex +?End +?Spr ring... so let say Str.. get 2 of +7Str ring... thats +14 Str there, should be enuf to feel something, after all you getting hmm... ONE skill point per level... with that 2 rings, minus the auto adds stats when you level you are at level 22+14=36?... equip it and go bash some mobs ... after a while... remove both of the rings... go bash some more mobs...then you decide ...some will feel... wah power!!! ... go start adding Str... make your 3:1 or 2:1 or others... if you dont feel any different.. go try Spr ring ...if after trying all those stat ... you still prefer End.. continue with Pure End. This one way to go ... i suppose there are others.

Why level 22? Well the ring is level 22 item. Lower level ring is only +1 Str, +1 Spt... so you cant really "feel" it... +14 Str for example you should feel something ... hopefully.

I think i'm going to go with...
Full End...
Probably going to go with Spr Rings or else End rings..
But that's pretty useful info to me thanks :]
