Just some things i don't really understand
There are a a heap of different builds, some will have different advantages over others seeing as they're using whites, especially SPR Builds
Also what about random luck, of critting, and your skills inflicting their 'Status Ailments' <---(couldn't think of the right word, so FF FTW)

this might be hard since a lot of capped fighters are married usually, which means that they are given a buff that adds 5% to all stats and cannot be removed without divorce. still, a like the idea

And removing that 5% from the numbers you think will pose a challenge to the univ students? :D
