I was wondering which character saves us the most money. From wat i read from forum, Templar & knights uses alot of mp pots, archer based uses alot of arrows and need sc items to be much stronger, etc etc.
what i heard is rogues and sins saves money and is more to items finder. how true is this? @_@ hope some1 can kindly clarify it for me
*p/s talking about non healers or priests job :P

I don't know that templars and knights use any more mp pots than rogues and sins. Roques burn a lot of mp when they aoe, I suspect all classes do. Not sure how a rogue/sin would save you kron, their gear is cheaper than knight/warrior, but more expensive then templar. Arrows for the scout archer really aren't that expensive, and their are archers that don't use spark cash and seemed to do fine. Really it boils down to what playing style you prefer. Do you want to go toe-to-toe with the mobs and fight it out based on pure power, then go knight. Templars are similiar, but they have a different skill set. If you want the up-close action, but prefer to rely on speed and dodging attacks, rogue is the path. If you want to fight from a distance and primarily engage one on one, then go scout. Really the only characters I have who have more than every now and then not made more than it cost to send them out were the priest and the mage. It's the curse of the magic using classes I think to often cost more to operate than they bring in.

I don't know about the other classes. But i play a scout and i spend far less money on arrows/pots than how much i make each trip.

ic...im now trying out dif characters (currently aco and neo) but the playing style is huge dif. kinda hard for me to adapt to the neo playing style going for scout/archer =.="
the reason cos aco can use illusion then boom boom boom - mob come and die when reaching my poor def-less aco while my neo has major prob with mp =.=" thou he can dodge better but...well mayb i play templar and alt is scout/archer. we shall see.
however lvl-ing is super boring alone and im still finding for right party or fren to join >.< great thanks for your info(s) and im glad with my aco and neo even thou...it sux cos lvl-ing is hard (due 2 the reason im freaking talkative and no 1 to talk to!)
by the way, is there any clans for low lvl newbie i could join? XD
i read the forum and notice archer/scout is one of the most complicated to play with due to the stats distribution..but i find it rather interesting since i love to play a character who are long range.
however, wiz is out of the topic cos i played nearly every online game as a mage! mage rox especially due 2 uber power (from what i see) but i feel archer are strong too.
@tazsbigtoy
thanks for your explaination again! i really owe u one! actually i love playing healer type cos ppl need them for their buff etc but the only down part is i like dmg too >.< not 2 say they are weak but..just a little less in dmg compared to others
@lysarius
thanks to u too. about archer/scout, i heard the weapons going crazily expensive at later lvl's. is it easy as in average in finding equipment for this particular character?
guys, another question. how do ppl earn money? selling uber eq or just playing with ups and downs with market?

I'm assuming by finding, you mean getting gears for scout/archer out of monster drops? If that's the case, then it's just a chance to get them, like everything else. If not, then yea it's easy, people are always selling gears. As for price of the gears for higher levels. It's the same for every class, the higher you go, the more expensive the gears are. I hope that answers your question.

good choice scouts seem to make money really fast
ex. i played my frend's retired scout, it had 1k krons in it and normal farewell gears
i sold the farewell gears to get some pots (made sumwer around 19k krons)
bought some pots,then grinded and went bak for repot after selling all the drops i got i received 60k+ after repotting a couple more rounds and i got 100k plus now and i picked up a farewell shoe +2 ap4 (how luky was dat?)
so lol good choice, you are about to become one of the overpowered s-o-b in the game

lols you are hecka lik me
i used to think fighter was my class, but i changed my mind later on wen it got really boring then i made an aco which turned out that no one wants a lvl 30 aco anymore then i made a appy because i lik gud dmg then im now currently debating myself whether of not i shud turn scout because i hate being broke now that i repot like crazy but i dont think scout is my class because i been always a defensive guy so i belevie ill make a disc >.>
picking the right class is so confusing

it is! u said defensive class is disc? cos now im lvl-ing my neo for fun. neo lvl 22 and aco lvl 31. both has dif playing style and i have 2 say i like aco buff and neo's dodge. im sooo confused now!
what should i choose? i like ranged atk like scout but at same time, i like templar's appearance and skills..choosing is H-A-R-D
wats' ur lvl by the way? i used 2 think i like ranged character but i do have something for melee class too! gosh!

Defensive as in having three skills for recovery once you get lv 96+ (111 for Auto Genesis)
The Scout would more likely be easier to level since they can kill quicker.
For the Neo you won't feel much difference in the dodge until after tier 2 and above if that's what you mean.
If you can't decide now(I would advise against it since you are still very green from what I have read), better alternate between the characters you play and tell later when they are level 50+ if you want to continue improving that particular class or not.
At that point you have a basic understanding for them.

yeah tht's wat i doing..getting my aco til 45, then neo to 45 (but i bet my neo will lvl faster)..see how and which way i like better
starlightkitty, i think u'll be refering to the app type. magic type. i heard equipment will be cheap but pots wont. i even saw my fren app spamming mp pots when lvl-ing @_@
app are glass canon thou..i love their dmg =.=" (off topic)

If you are ready to kite, AoE-assist and burn through pots and monsters like nothing with the game's weakest defense, go ahead and make the class proud since getting to Wizard can be considered a feat for those with patience and spirit.
Try the class, it may take time getting towards Mage, but it may still be fun for you once you get to that point and beyond.(Just pretend you don't see those Scouts, can be unhealthy with their DPS. ^_^' )
