Uhmmm..
I know, I probably shouldn't be posting this here, But "Contact Us" Is NOT working.
So I'm pretty upset right now. .-.
I bought a 25 dollar gift card. (That ALWAYS works)
I tried to put 25 dollars in my account. It said I couldn't so I checked how much money I had in my card, On "www.Vanillavisa.com" It said 24 dollars... Now that makes no sense, Paypal took out a dollar before I even made a purchase!
So I figured, Okay let me try Outspark's payment since I thought it was just a dollar...
I tried to put in 10 dollars. (Using Outspark's payment) They take out 20 dollars! And I have no spark cash on my account.
I have proof, And I want my spark cash of 20 dollars.
I've never had a problem until now, Taking out 20 dollars of my money and not giving me what I paid for is scamming me.

I think this should be moved to the Troubleshooting + don't post any pictures regarding your personal data info ESPECIALLY on Credit Cards! Please edit and remove the picture.

Jeepers. Get rid of this right now. You dont know what people could do with this info

I suggest you email support@outspark.com and attach this image right away. They are not in the office, but will attend to it as soon as they get back on monday if you email it to them right now. The forums are NOT the place for such information.

It's gone.
But there's no money really left in it anyway. XD Outspark took it all.
It was a debit card.
I'll email them now.
I'm just so upset I'm not really thinking right.

That's alright. I just got worried that someone would try and get into ur account knowing those details and really make your life hell.

Good luck with working things out, I'm sure it will have a good conclusion for you ^_^

have you put a ticket in at the Helpdesk ( http://support.outspark.com/) ? this is the best way to get help for this type of issue.

i did a quick search and didn't see anything from you, but we definitely want to get to the bottom of this for you.

I have a screenshot of the debit card's website saying I made two payments of 10 dollars to outspark but it showed too much information to be in the fourm so I removed it.
CSR_HAl, I sended a email to outspark support with the screenshot.
