When we dl game with the launcher, do we also get the installation client or only the extracted files?

topic says it all. im on a home network with atleast 4 computers on it and quite foten they are occupied. so i have to install it on all computers and use whichever computer is not occupy and i really odnt' like the idea of downloading teh game 4 times ....
