Graphic Editor

Hey people! I wanna make some cool siggies...but i need to know where the Graphic Editor is on my Computer. Can you tell me where the Graphic editor is? Like is it under the start button or something? Much appreciated if you tell me ^^

It depends on your computer and what software you have. More often that not Adobe photoshop is used to make siggies. You can also use paint if thats all u have. I have even read a few posts that have said they used a combination of Word and Paint.

Also all of your programs can be found in your Start Tab then All Progams.

I use Adobe Photoshop CS2 and OpenCanvas 4.5 edition. But you have to purchase it.
If you have a camera that comes with a cd with image editors, those can be use to edit pictures. :3

You can always use Paint Shop Pro 7 to X2 or GIMP ^^
Photoshop is better for everything ^^
