ok im new here and this is my first time playing and on the game screen there is just plain screen. im not sure how to start it because thee is no play now or anything like that. it just goes on dragon-cat etc.. help?!

That happens if you get disconnected during the log-in.
Does it happen everytime you try to get on? Make sure you meet the internet speed requirements.

How much RAM do you have?
What kind of video card do you have?
Are the drivers for it up to date?
Do you have DirectX 9.0c
etc etc etc..

ok i fixed it and it wasnt the computer it was just the connection i believe the server were it says to login was going on so i just reopened it and it was fixed =] thanks.
