its called gaurdian masters blah blah blah. as for price, not to much... they come single stated as iv seen so far... i got a bow and axe... nfs so dont ask.

It is 1 stated and with like 29 DEX only and always . The stats on it never change . I sold some of them in game for like 1-4 g .
