KQ bug

When i success the KQ, system gave me a box. I opened it inside KQ, it gave me a Blessed Lix. After i returned to Elderine, the Lix disappeared and the box still there. I opened it again, the box was empty.

and the system shows that unidentified error code has occurred; 1814

Can I have my present back? lol
