Runtime Error

After I enter my username and password and click 'play', a white screen comes and then a message comes saying-

"Runtime error

program-E:\fiesta\fiesta.bin

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

please tell me how to fix this problem.

iv been asking for help for 7hours. only mine says 401-0: Unatherized. it says im not permitted to play the closed beta when i downloaded the OPEN beta. the freakin admins appearently wont do anything about it. im gunna laugh when no one plays this game anymore....
well i guess thats to be expected from a FREE game.
