I downloaded fiesta and every thing, but O can't play when I type in my ID and password


how come?

Either of these concepts could be contributing to your problem.


1) Where you accepted into the close beta? (Check your e-mail and read the letter and see if you got accepted)


2) There would be a log-in problem bug; if so then you can post it. (I would like re-dling the client itself, but it's very troublesome.)


3) I would suggest looking through the other posts and see if any of the problems occur to you as well.

if u were able to download the client successfully that means u were invited, as for that problem try to use the first letter in ur user name* in capital letter the first letter only in the rest in low case, BUT MY PROBLEM IS WHEN IT STARTS IT* SAYS AUTHENCIFICATION FAILED CAN ANYBODY TELL WHAT THAT MEANS AND HOW TO FIX IT

Unforately for me I didn't get the Email. I guess I haven't been a member for long enough. I don't often post on forums unless to interact with administrators or respond with help or advise.


Since the problem seems to include multiple individuals who have recieved the email, I can ponder three things as likely.


#1: There may be some authentication required after recieving the email.


#2: The servers may be down, or having issues common with the initial closed beta release of any game.


#3: It may be taking Outspark awhile to get all the people added to Closed-Beta registered in the system.


*In any event, it may be best to give them awhile, the closed-beta has only been released for one day.

That sounds like a client side problem. Try updating all your drivers then try logging in. Also be sure you meet the*needed system*specs.

I got authentication failed message too when I tried to Login the first two times. Then I got message when I tried to type in my Username and password saying that I was not authorized to play the game. What can I do to be able to play this game???? Please let me know. Help!!!!!!
