Whisper not working

hi there
the whisper function on my chat box isn't working. all other chat forms are fine...it's just the whisper - i can send a whisper which the other person receives but i can't see it....but also i can't receive. can someone help please?

You might have turned off the filter to whipsers in your options. Try clicking on the "i" button above the chat screen and turning on whispers. Another could be going to game settings -> chat settings (on the right of the game settings menu) and turn it on that way. Hope it helps!
