i click on the icon on desk top the first window opens i put in password it goes off and then noithing

I'm having the same problem. It was working fine last night, but this morning won't work.

Yea, I'm having the same problem. I log in and then, nothing at all. It's annoying me!

Ok can be few things ok try this CLT&ALT to bring up task manager then GO to process and LOOK for SOSclient or XENclient if both are running or just one end them . THEN double click sos icon log in should be working fine if this works pm me back to give you more detail :D IF THIS does not work then its might be few other bugs be more detail and ill be glad to help anyone out :D

do you mean, "check them, then if both are running, end both of the processes"?
but anyway, only the SOSclient is running in my case, it's just stuck at the update page thing, then nothing happens after that

ya end them somethimes SOS client stay on reg even when you end the game so try it to see if it works o and you said stuck how ? so update page still up tho ? or does it go away ?
