With the legal thing, agreeing to the ToS is pretty much electronically signing a legal document, so it is in a sense "illegal" so when it says you have to be over 13, you have to be over 13. If you like, agreed the to the ToS and your under 13, and something happened, say your money was lost or something went wrong and it was OS's fault, you can't blame them because you're not of age. And uhh consent, I bet more than 75% of the kids that are under 13 didn't get consent, and how is OS supposed to know? I'm not sure if when you put your age as under 13 that it has a little check box saying "Parental consent", I kind of doubt it. Just my 2 cents :)

I guess it's easier being a girl character... since I started my divorce I've gotten at least 5 proposals. And currently, like half the server is trying to set me up with a cleric dude... lol. *glares at Eri, Curls, Uchi, Winter, Freak, Cutie, and everyone else who's in on that* Nyoro's gotten proposed to by at least a dozen guys, too.

Really all you can do is keep partying with new people... and if there's a lady that you think you'd duo with well and your personalities seem to get along, add her to your friends list. Say hi when she logs in, ask if she'd like to duo some quests together, whatever. If you see her in KQ, party her. Even if you don't get married out of it, you'll make some new friends to quest and grind with. Just don't be like... shouting for a wife in maps, and asking her to marry you the first time you meet her. We girls get that a lot and all most of us do is laugh it off and add him to the tally. Spend some time with her first and let her know you want to marry her in-game for her friendship and company, not just because she has pixel ***** and you're lonely. ;)

I will say, you need SC to prevail in some places <so far> but you do not need gf for successfull gaming UNLESS your only focus is wedding buff and pets ;).

just a word of advice.... finding a real relationship online doesn't always end up too well... considering you cannot tell if they are who they say they are. if you're just looking for an online relationship that will probably never come true... just party and chat a lot with people... eventually there will be a girl who will like chatting and partying with you... and go propose. o.o' just don't expect her to accept 100% of the time.

Well... it was ambiguous to say... so I tried answering both sides of the question.

I'd say that... if a real relationship were to work... you would probably 90-100% trust the other... however being online... and not being able to come in contact face to face daily with the other and see each others body and facial expressions, rarely builds up to that high. Personally I just can't develop that sort of trust with you guys... =/

- Many marriages in fiesta are the same people on their alts
- Many people quit their characters online (they are still married) but have quit making contact with each other

Yeah, that's why I said, it's an opinion thing. :) Different people, different ways. It's just the long-distance relationship debate always turns into "LDRs don't work", "LDRs can't be real", etc. etc. and after long enough of hearing that... it makes someone who's in/has been in a LDR bitter when the debate breaks out for the millionth time. :p Someone doesn't want a LDR for themselves, that's cool, doesn't mean it can't work out for somebody else though.

Which really, that debate doesn't even have a place in a thread for a guy asking how to get a gf. He didn't ask is it right for me to get a gf, is it wise, do you agree that I should, or do you think it'll work if I do. He asked how.
