I could also make a post saying, "Why didn't you just join an academy lead by a fighter/mage/cleric/archer that's 7x or 8x?" but that would be unkind and sarcastic and would put across my view that we have far too many guilds and most of them die and clutter up the guild list. Not that I'm saying this will happen to your guild. *cough*
