What good is the Archers multi shot skill?

I have been trying to figure out a use for this skill but so far nothing.
5 silver for a skill that is appears to have no practical use.
All it does is aggro every mob under the rain of arrows.
These are the uses I have found for it so far:
1) Impress noobs by killing 10 low level mobs at the same time.
2) Create an instant mob train.
3) Burn some SP for no purpose or reason.
4) Get some laughs from your party by making arrows rain down on them.

That is about it for me.
If anyone has found a practical use for the multi shot skill please post your comments here.
Or just any funny story about how using it got you killed or booted out of a party.

LOL. Those 4 reasons alone a good reason to get that skill. ^^

Tank aoe taunts. Cleric heals. Mage magic burst. Archer multishot. GG mobs.

I use it when im in a party & everyone is getting attack & there trying to attack everything so I help out a bit using my multishot. or I use it when im in a KQ am im waiting for the other skills to regenerate.
