When you turn into scout

Okay so my other thread hasnt been answered and I did become a scout today. My stat reset and i think it was like 9/1/9/3/1 or something and gained 40 status points. Is this the norm when you turn into scout? like the status point gain when becoming a scout? I have added my stat points at lvl 45 into AGI as soon as I lvled from a neo- 2 points. So if I havent added those 2 points, would I have gotten 42 points?

Didn't realize you had re-posted this with a clearer question. o_O

No. You were not given forty points for changing into a scout; your points were reset, points were added to the scout requirements and you now have the chance to re-allocate the rest yourself as you want. Either way, you would've had forty points to play with upon your change.
