Ok, so I'm a little confused about what to do with in game issues. Hopefully someone can please clarify for me :)
I sent an email to Outspark support about last weeks pursuit of xen quest this past sunday, just letting them know my suggestions, remarks, and comments. I then get an email back, promptly just a couple days later.
The email tells me that outspark support is to "help players with their technical account issues" That's what i thought :). The email then goes on to say that the person i should talk to about the pursuit of xen complaints and issues is GM Murdock and that they can't help me with the issue.
But when i was talking to people in game about the issue, and when attempting to yellow egg about the event, I was told by many people to email outspark support.
Another question, I thought outspark support was also for harassment issues and such, and that is not a technical or account issue :confused:
So i'm slightly confused about exactly what outspark support is for.
If someone could please clarify this form me it would be greatly appreicated :D
Oh and for those who said that we shouldn't contact a GM about our in game complaints and to email outspark support instead, that's exactly what I did and now there telling me to contact a GM Lol :p
