Sorry, but I couldn't come up with a catchy recruitment ploy for this thread, so I'll just list a few requirements.
Must be lvl40+
Must be active
Must love to converse. C'mon, it's an online game. xD
Willing to help other guild/academy members when possible
Must have a production skill. This is not mandatory, but it helps as far as the academy goes.
