I died earlier this evening while vending.
My toon was set up, in a vendor, in Roumen when Dakkon fired off the "Kill the GM" event. Apparently his AoE tagged me while I was afk.
When I returned, I had been transported to the spawn, but my vendor window was open. I attempted to close it and it would not respond. I attempted to press "B" and a new vendor starting pop up came up (Buy/Sell window). I attempted to put wares back into the vendor window as well (the original and also with the new one) and neither worked.
To rectify this issue, I had to reboot the game.
Please add this to the list, unless it's a known factor, then please forgive my hasty attempts.
