Chat is broken...period

Gold sellers have taken over chat...it can't be used in towns AT ALL...unless you spam your face off more than the gold sellers. Forget bot leveling programs, the FIRST thing that needs to be addressed is blocking any messages with "power leveling/gold selling" completely from chat, or some kind of chat filter, rather than a GM coming by every once in a while, and spawning all sorts of MOBs to kill EVERYONE, and have the gold sellers return usually within 10 minutes or less.

Set your chat filter to disable "shout". Problem solved.

dat doesnt work, when ur in town sometimes u wanna hear ppl askin for party members to a quest u wanna/gotta do, plus u dont always remember to turn it back on when u leave town an u lose alotta party oppurtunities that way

Well they are banning the gold sellers, there's usually periods where you dont hear them at all and then periods where you do, I think the Admins ban them and then they just make new accoutns, its kinda sad how much time they have and how serious they are about just spamming ****

Smart people use general chat, not shout, you will hear them.

they should just implement an auto-silent method

if you see someone spamming (anything, really). you just type /spam [name]
then after 100 complaints, they get automatically silenced (or banned?)
1 complaint per person per day

sure it would take a few seconds out of everyones day to type /spam and report it, but it would basically solve the problem

I Agree With Roxias, but the last couple days i have seen gold sellers in roumen using general too, what can ya do?

What I don't understand is why they haven't banned the farmers yet. Everyone knows that Apple001 and her party are the characters getting the money for one of the sites. They are in the same place every day, they never speak or rest, they follow each other around rather than move on their own.

We have been complaining about this group and others like them for so long yet they are STILL NOT BANNED.

Have you used the Report function? I find it is the easiest way to alert the GM's.

Please, I think your cute and if you bounce around enough I am sure a GM will like you one day.... But don't sit here and throw out a work around for a problem that could be controlled by the GM team.
