Betraying someone’s trust and stealing their in-game items is scamming and you can get banned for it.
Claiming that a particular area on the map is owned by you can get you banned.
Killing a monster that another player is attacking (when they didn’t ask for help) is considered killstealing and can get you banned.
Attacking players who are grinding during guild wars is against the rules.
Attacking players who say they want to stay out of the guild war and who do not attack you is also a banable offence.
I have, too many times to mention, posted about these violations continually happening to me when I'm grinding. Most times I solo due to the time-slot which I have to come in to play for xp and crafting items. BUT, it never fails to amaze me there are always those who feel the need to smite someone just for the fun of it, or they feel the individual is in THEIR area.
I just, and mean within the last 10 mins had Ayayt (or something to that effect, a mage) come into the abyss area where I was(lvl 50), and had been playing for sometime, only to tell me to leave. When I refused to leave, he and his party attacked me causing me to lose 70s in buffs inclusive of the buff I need to beg for from a cleric because I'm an archer.
It feels bad enough that I must beg for buffs as an archer, and I do show my humble thanks when someone is kind enough to acommodate me. But, when I spend hard earned silver on scrolls only to have a group of jerks come in and kill me because I won't leave an area they consider as theirs for purpose and time, it clearly violates your 'In-Game' rules as stated, and has been outlined for quite sometime. You say you want screenies, well I can't acommodate you due to no where to place these things on the net.
You truly need to have GM's available to monitor these actions; not everyone has access to http pages with which to collect screenies for violations. I guess you'll just have to take an old granny's word for what happened and decide if what I've just said, and have said in the past is the truth. You know it goes on, why doubt it? I've never lied in these forums about anyone or flamed on anyone. But yet Outspark continues to allow these actions to go on.
One afternoon I entered the abyss only to be killed time and time again when using the portal (among others as well). Where was the GM then?? Its getting rediculous and now I know why I choose to play early morning and late evening. It is also making it very difficult to level. I do not condone pvp for those who do not wish to participate and have make my feelings quite clear with the choice of guild name which has 'Peace' behind it. AAAaaand... ya I'm that old. :eek: Please enforce your rules, Outspark personnel.
