Anyways if you did check your email for a code then go to the place it tells you to and enter it(be sure you are logged in) then The 7-Day White Santa Suit should appear in your "Purchased" section of your invintory

I have, and the address support used for my tracking number when I submitted the ticket about never having gotten a verification email was accurate. So accurate that the tracking number email arrived in my inbox just fine.
