Stuck inside the staircase?

After using a scroll to get back to ROumen, I was going to go up the stairs to the upper street. I had clicked on the stairs and my character ran behind the cart and horse ... and I think inside the staircase...the background was all a pale blue and I caught occaisional glimpses of others moving around my character... but I couldn't move myself...there was no cursor. All my menus were working ( and I could jump and change camera angles) but there was nowhere to go.

So I logged out and am about to log in again. Hopefully everything will be visible again.
