Outspark staff Violate ToS

Please be aware that the Player versus Player zones are intended and designed for combat. These zones are not intended to be areas where a character goes to level up or quest for items. These zones are a "enter at your own risk" area where other players have free reign to attack one another. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but this player has not broken any rules for these areas. If you are not interested in being attacked, I would suggest picking one of the non-PvP zones to play in. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

According to your companies ToS this player violated my playing rights, See this

He was making it difficult to play the game and ruined my ability to "enjoy Fiesta"

Please do not close a ticket unless the person complaining has stated that the matter is resolved. You do not resolve an issue unless the customer is satisfied with your response. Please take care of this matter.

As I already stated, this zone is for Player versus Player combat. It is NOT for grinding or leveling up. As such, there is no violation of the rule you mention.

I beg to differ with you, the ABYSS is for Grinding and lvling up. Can you say bye bye 200 dollars a month from me?

The ABYSS is a pvp/e zone. If a player wants to kill you in there, s/he can and it is legal. If you don't want to be PKed, form a strong party, level up, or invite guild members in to kill the PKer.

Posting this on the forums will only get you the same response as the one CSR_Hal gave you, responses like mine, and start a rant/OS flame thread.

I'm going to close this thread now because it will only degenerate into a flame war.

As stated, all Abyss maps are PvP zones. You enter at your own risk. If someone wants to kill you, that is fair game. If he wants to kill you again, it's fair game. If that is all he wants to do, that's fair game.

Simply put, if you don't like it, your best choice is to leave the area. If you are looking to level up or grind for items, this is not the place to be if you are unwillingly to accept the risk of PvP.
