Suddenly Tier 3 learn scrolls all over the place

Right before the update i couldnt find any learn scrolls in vendors shops, but all of a sudden they are every where...all tier 3 too are they just dropping more and more or is there something i am missing.

The skill scrolls for T3 scrolls have always dropped in abundance. I got sick of trying to vend mine when I was in 6x Abyss on my cleric that I started NPCing them after a while. If you're talking about T3 stone skill scrolls, I've seen them more often in vends, even though they can be purchased for fame at Item Merchant Nina (along with one or two scroll productions).

well i am seeing more and more of the ones that are from Fame (some from drops), but i have never seen so many it seems like 1 in 4 people are selling them now

If it's such a drastic change, it's possible that more people are leveling and grinding in the Abyss. Judging from the constant server population of "High" I think that'd be a fair assessment.
