Passive skill upgrade ?

Hello all,
I have a problem with my passive skills, don't know if it's a bug or if I have forgot to do something : I bought mace mastery [2] and [3], but when I look into my skills info, I only have mace mastery [1].

I found today a Mace Mastery [2] scroll in my inventory (i bought it long ago but anyway someone gave me it ?) but I can't use it (I have the message "you already have the skill")

Any idea ?

You can't use it....because you already have the skill.....

ok but how do i know which level is "active" ? It seems that it's level 1 that i use (take a look on the jpg, i only see Mace Mastery [1], and "00"...).
I lost all my money buying level 3 scroll which i already had....
