Name Change Coupon?

Since we have cash shop items to change our stats, our skills, our appearance, and our gender, I wonder if it's only a matter of time until we also get cash shop coupons to change our names. It'd be fun, imo. Maybe not quite as entertaining as gender change coupons, but close. ^^

So what do you think, guys? Would any of you buy one? Do you prefer the way it is now? Do you hope they make this change?

does seem like a good idea, or at least a feature to go with the gender change coupon. The only reason I see the gender change being used is if u give ur account to someone else and they are of the opposite gender. But if for example, a girl name (dont know if this is someone's name) Princess of the Night gives her character to a friend cuz she cant stand fiesta anymore, then the gender change would change the gender, but they still have a ridiculous name for a guy. See my point?

I chose my names very carefully this time, but I'm sure some people just put whatever and may feel like changing it now.

I love three of the four names of my characters. But I chose the last early in the morning and it grates on me now. I'd delete her and start over but I'm no longer able to replace her permanent outfit. :( I miss the Menian sets.

Gotta be careful of those names, cuz they might bite u in the rump in the future. Name change would be a good idea, but the only flaw would be, it would be confusing for looking at ur friend list, cuz they might randomly have a new name. Or it could be used to escape the authourities, a.k.a. harass someone and then switch your name to something else

That's also true.
But seeing it as a SC item would reduce that possibility.

If there were any way to track who switched to what name, it still wouldn't work.
Because then GMs would have to keep track of a lot of people.

But already as soon as a character with a particular name is deleted, that name is again available. So if you had a character named Bob23 and deleted him someone else could then make a character named Bob23. As such, I don't know how much of a problem it would be that the name change might be confusing. Especially since (like marriage before it came a cash shop thing) you can already get it done for you by contacting a CSR and begging lots and lots. ;)

The name change coupon kind of seems like it's needed if there's the gender change.

I don't know if I'd use it, though. I try to stay away from SC just because I need to save money XD

Seriously though, I'd be very interested to read why you dislike the idea so much. So far you're the only voice of dissent in the thread so that makes your opinion interesting. ;) (The only reason I've come up with so far is that it might snowball from gender change and name change and free stat distribution change etc. to class change. And that would just be awkward.)
