I acidently made more ability lines and i cannot get rid of them.

There are 2 buttons on the right . One cycles through all 4 hotbars ( 1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4...etc>)
The second will stand a hotbar on end thus making it a sidebar.
Please take the time to learn how the games interface operates.

I remember doing that once. I also accidently hit the P during a KQ and couldn't figure out how to bring the character faces back out on my group.
As for the interface issue, its not a bug but a simple human error. Just do as Pier and Trebori said and it should fix your problem.
