my skill level? =(

I have material production the upgrade skill for my character. I have got it up to 200 so i could use the make lower quality silver skill. But then i go to buy it and it says i need a skill level of 10k to use it. What does this mean?

You're in the right place but looking at the wrong skill. There are various skills that have various requirements. The 10k one you were looking at is not the right one. Looking on the previous page should give better results to the newcomer level for the upgrading material skills.

yeah i thought that to but it only shows one page when i left click on the skill to use it. Says i can make low quality silver or at 200 my production skill level is 207/1000 atm. But to purchase the skill and use it says in red "required skill level 10000"

Ok, in that same box you look at the skills, look towards the bottom of the box. You should see a < and a >

Clicking either should take you the next page available. Usually skill pages have 3-5 pages in themselves.

the skills for alchemy that i can buy from the skill master has more pages. Im looking at it and the higher class skills cost less than the lower class skills and require lower skill levels. Can i take screen shots. There are no extra pages on my skills list.
