Try sending a ticket to support@outspark.com. List exactly what happened, your account id, your account email, when it happened, etc. If OutSpark finds your claim to be valid, they will act appropriately.
As to not letting you return because they want you to spend more money, if they never allowed for errors, that would be a terrible business strategy for customers (the players) would become frustrated and not purchase SparkCash at all.

I doubt the support will do something in this case. They only act if it was a bug and not the player's fault. Plus the TOS clearly says "No refunds".

lol i know a game which its praticly impossible to be a good character unless you buy stuff from there item mall but you must be pretty stupid to buy something by accident from the fiesta item mall >.<

You're given plenty of time to pick and chose what you want to buy.

Someone posted a thread once saying 'I sneezed and bought the wrong item! Can they take it back?' Uhh. no. lol. You select an item, you then select if you want it or not. Plenty of time to stop and think about ur purchase.

Once you select an item, you are given a chance to cancel the purchase or to buy it. So I doubt very much that they will allow a return.

well it wasnt my accident my wife decided to go on my account and try to gift herself stuff and ended up buying a pair of glasses instead that i dont want i want the sc back so i can spend it on something else

my wife wasted $75 worth of SC that was ment for Enhancement stones i mean if there not willing to return 1 item for something like this theres a good chance im not gona bother spending anymore

Yeah, please don't go spending anymore. It sounds like one of you needs to hire a personal spending accountant or something to buy things for you.

That's a bit harsh. As to sharing accounts, it'd be difficult to keep your login information perfectly secret from your spouse as your spouse should know you better than anyone else. And everyone makes mistakes, just some are a bit more costly than others.

Well if they gave you that money back they would be breaking their own ToS since you cannot account share.

And one pair of glasses isn't going to mess you up that much. Unless she spent the entire $75 on glasses. lol.

well ya shes my wife of course she knows my pass she likes to use my paladin for buffs when she goes lvling but ya she has no sence for conserving money whenever i give her money its gone within an hour and moneys not my real issues im a US Soldier the other items she bought i can deal with she bought a sakura outfit and some cat ears and a couple other things but still with a wife like that there probly extatic about the kinda money she could spend on the game and if there not willing to fix 1 item so i can spend the SC on another then ya im gona have to cut her off she gets $50 a week allowence and so far she seems to spend it all on fiesta why i dont know but i dont ask questions. though now i gota wait till next pay day to be able to enhance my equip and im gettin kinda iffy about that happening. heck thanks to her i have 2 perm Blue Menian outfits on my main char wasteing space that im hopeing they will put in a storage or way to transfer premium items between chars.

P.S. Ya ive already gone off on her for what shes done. i maybe kind with my money but i do have my limits and ya $75 dollers for reds,blues and golds is about accurate when your gona ehance 3 T3 and 1 T2 pieces of equipment.

Well I accidently buy T1 instead of T2 eye once, they switch the sequence of it in the shop XD. Well I make a T1 +9 out of the accident just for fun and 1 lucky newbie along the way got free enhancement.

I wish there is something like restocking charges, give me back half of what I spent back as SC if I return it. Well most company take return (boxing day) :D.
