Amp Quest.. no more?

i've tried to do the amplification quest with my neo lvl 39 going to scout (ign: Mini Me) but when i talk with the skill master i cant see the option to do the quest. i've even tried talking to judy, but it says skill master request.

i dont know if u cannot do the quest anymore or if there is a bug plz answer my question thx ^^

Do you have any other quests that involve the skill master?
If so, delete it, and try again. :x

I'm gonna test this on one of my characters to see if it is a bug, but I'm sure it may just be a quest conflicting with it.

You don't have the "The Skill Master's Request [lvl 16]" option? That's the quest it is ;)
And you ARE clicking "Open quest list", right? :P
