Greetings all. First let me point out that I am not a moderator, GM, or any other type of person who is directly affiliated with Outspark or Fiesta I am simply another player who occasionally posts or reads posts in this forum.

That being said let me get to the point. I have noticed that many who post here have not read the sticky thats says Read first before posting. due to the serious lack of information givin in the threads. That, of course is not the reason for my post but that is 1 thing that must be said. As it is vital to getting the help you need quickly. Which IS what this thread is about. So if you haven't read it yet. Read it!

I have read it and did not see ( forgive me if I missed it) the one thing that I believe is most important to getting help fast. Titling your posts. This is very important because that is what will get the most attention to your thread. I frequently post solutions on other sites. (Mostly to do with programming.) And I will skip posts that have titles that are not descriptive enough. So heres my point. Don't title your posts "Cannot log on" "Please Help" "Game Crashes" and the like. We (Moderators, and people like me who just like to help.) know you cannot log on, or the game is crashing, or even that "You need help" that's why your posting here in the first place.

So here's a tip to get your posts answered faster.

1. Describe your problem in the title.
Example: "Error code 12345 when logging in" :)
Not: "Cannot log in" or "Error when logging in" :(
Example: "Game freezes on area Transition" or " Game freezes during area change" or "Game locks up on area change"
Not: "Game freezing" or "Game locking up"

The first 3 to 5 words in your title should give error codes if possible. Because I am sure the moderators have information on those codes handy. And if they know what code they are dealing with even before they open your thread then they are one step ahead already. Also someone else may have already had that problem fixed for them and they can pass along an answer to fix it or give you a link to the answer. Also In the long run it will cut the number of repeats to the same problem because searching the error code will place those threads that contain the code in the title on top of the results list. Making it easier for other to find an answer to a problem already solved. If you have trouble trying to be descriptive then try to imagine you have only one sentence to describe the problem then cut out every word that does not have to be there and change wording a little. For example

"The game locks up when I use the revive skill"
" Revive skill causes freeze"

I could go on forever but I wont. So to cut this short do these 3 things and you will get much faster answers.

1. Read the posting guidelines.
2. Read "Read this before posting."
3. Be descriptive in your title.

If anyone would like me to write a more comperhensive detailed post send me a message.
