black floor

im new and when im in the city the floor is black and i can see every1 around me bt if i move i dissapear wat can i do to fix this:mad:

um it sounds like your video card is not the right one. Somewhere there's a list of video cards that work and don't work, not really sure where it is so try searching for it.
You can always uninstall and reinstall first
