It shuts down about a minute into the game

The game comes up with an error that says Runtime Error about a minute into the game and when I click Ok it closes. What do I do?

I'm totally new to this so I don't know where I am... I just made a character and logged in. It was really laggy and then after about a minute it came up with a Runtime Error and says it needs to close.
