I really wish to know why I payed to get the beauty coupon like a year ago I changed my eyes and my hair to match but my eyes changed back to normal. I see other people with the same eyes I chose so I know its not the eyes. I have said something about this like 10 times and have gotten no reply. Can that be fixed or did I get gipped. I am seriously not paying for eyes twice because of a glitch that no one else seems to have >.< Can I like possible get a free beauty coupon?
