Academy Master Warp Problems

I'm asking because i see no set guidelines or thing saying theres a max amount of warps per hour or w/e...
I'm academy master for a tevan guild and lately i've been noticing that when i go to warp to a member...it doesn't respond and won't let me.....
now i know it does work because i've used it before and guild buff doesn't seem to matter to it either so im asking if anyone else has this problem...
Specifically the problem is a low % chance of being able to warp and a lack of reason behind it..

I do know that they took away the master's ability to warp to an academy member in a lvl specific area if they are too high for that area. However, this may not be the case in your situation, maybe it is a bug, lord knows they keep piling up.

It's a bug. I can't warp to my academy members when I'm in a town like Uruga while the member is in Elderine or MT or FoM or anything. It doesn't work for abyss for level restrictions but I can't warp to a friggin town. >_<

this is just normal teleport to help them with a quest in a normal area i know i can enter...bunny is awesomeness >.>

i have a guild in Bijou and im having the same problem since yesterday, like zoey it looks that it only doesnt work if my academy members are in some town. :(

ok heres what i've figured out..
If your in a high lag area or server is just super full
then it doesn't work
if your in eldy and trying to tele go to forest perimeter or into a lower lag area
still sorta annoying that it won't work in lag areas...
but this is just what i've been experiementing with

nothing to do with lag. you can warp from certain places to certain places.

I've done extensive testing on this, since this bug has destroyed my academy. It seems like the permissions for warping become messed up if you try to warp to someone who is in abyss. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to how the permissions get messed up though. Sometimes you can't warp to anyone no matter where they are, even if in the same town. Other times you can still warp to a few members.

I have tried to "map out" where I could warp and from where, but it changes each time the warp function gets glitched. This is how I know it's a bug and not an intended implementation from the patch.

Tip: If you warp to someone who is on the same map as you, sometimes it fixes it partially and allows you to warp to some people.

I've seen absolutely no recognition of this bug anywhere. If they are even aware of it, they have given it very low priority. Problem is, this is really affecting my ability to be a good academy master.
