Summoning bug

well last night my wife and i loged into game with our atls we had a pty goin on between the 2 of us ell i left to get on my main she invited me to the party then after she go on her main so we had a pty of out chrsso i ban the atls from party then i tryed to summon her to urga well i said my wife was "offline" when she was on so we had to remake the prty that didnt work so when she loged off i saw that she was still in a party whe i had "quit it" so i told her to leave she did and then i re partyed her then i was able to summon her what's up with that? if anyone know or has had that prob let me know plz and ty

My in game daughter and her hubby have had problems with summoning from a far like from Sand Hill or Roumen to Uruga or Guardian Holy Shrine while my hubby has been able to summon me from these same distances. It happens on and off. Sometimes I have to summon my hubby about three times before he can get to me. :(

I had the same problems too. My husband in game summoned me nearly 20 times before it worked.

We have been having the same problem for a week or so..then once you get summoned all the previous one pop up. All 20 or more.

A week? I'm to lazy to search, but this bug was reported about a month ago >.>
Why hasn't it been solved yet makes me wonder :/

After patch, I have been unable to summon my spouse from different maps. Error message, "Your spouse is not online" continuously pops up. It is only possible to summon my spouse on the same map. This problem is also occurring on his side too.

I am having the same problem. Says my spouse isn't online when i know they are. Also my spouse's information isn't even showing in my thing. We all paid good money to get married this should be fixed don't ya think?

I am having a similar problem, I try to summon my hubby but I don't get any messages, if he werent on the phone with me, I wouldnt have known he never even got the summon. Mainly this just happens in Elderine (ie person in Elderine cannot be summoned somewhere else), this has happened both ways me summoning him and him summoning me.

same here i cant summon my girlfriend and it was close like windy cave to goblin camp

My wife and I cannot summon each other on BOTH of our married characters.

Cmon Outspark, get with the program, I don't appreciate the second reason I spent money to get married not working.
