i didn't got my lvl 22 stat point, i asked quite a few people some got their stat point when lvl 22 some don't. so is it a bug?

GMs i need your help here. i didn't got my stat point from lvl22-24 which is my current lvl!!!!! can you explain why? or anybody have the same problem with me!!

Best thing I could recommend is to contact the GMs via a PM (Private Message). You'll be more likely to get responded to (though they may get here faster too, hard to say).
If you go to the Outspark Forums main page and look down a little you should see something like "View Forum Leaders". Among those, you should be able to PM one of the GMs and see if they can help you.
