yeah Wintercast blame Claude and Winter on that decision XD I wanted to invite a friend and she said he couldn't because he was lvl 79- ;.; quite a surprise XD

but yeah level requirement for Collision guild is now lvl 79 but we'll be activating a junior guild for those level 79- soon. Hopefully this'll help with our overfilling of our academy as well :x had someone already complain already that they were banned when there were only offline for a day.

fyi: The the 79 level requirement is simply an adjustment for the new cap raise, 79 is 75% of cap as 60 was when 79 was cap. We believe as guild of closer level will be more connected.
